Am I wearing my bra correctly? Let’s double check:

💗Am I wearing the bra on the loosest set of hooks?.
💗Did I do the scoop-and-swoop method to ensure the breasts are fully supported in the cups?
💗Did I adjust the straps so that they’re comfortable on my shoulders? Loosening the straps can help to alleviate minor overflow in the cups and tightening the straps can eliminate minor gaping in the cups.

How can I tell if my bra fits properly? Let’s check each part of the bra.

Band:The band should feel snug and comfortable on the loosest set of hooks. This allows you to move to the inner hooks to tighten the bra as it stretches with regular wear. The band should be parallel to the floor and should not ride up.
Straps: The straps are tightened so that they fit snug and comfortably on your shoulders. They shouldn’t slip off or dig into your shoulders. The straps should also be positioned on the center of each of your shoulders — not too far on the edge where it can slip off and not too close to the neck where it can feel uncomfortable.
Cups: The cups should lay flush against your breast tissue without causing them to flow out of or gape within the cups.

Quick Tips and Fixes to Find Your Bra Size:

The band fits well, but the cups feel...

Too small: Go up half a cup (if you’re experiencing minor overflow) or up a full cup (if you're experiencing major overflow).

Too big: Go down half a cup (if you’re experiencing minor gaping) or down a full cup (if you’re experiencing major gaping).

Neither your cup or band fit...

The cups and band are both too big: Go down in the band and the cups. Starting on your current bra size, move to the left of the bra size chart for a smaller band and then move up to decrease the cup size.
